TikTok has its new Bob Ross.
Arielle is better known as @fauxshmoe on her social media. She is minting views on her videos as she films herself creating polymer statues; Statues, the likes of which you have never seen before. The 13.7 million views on her TikToks almost do not give justice to just how creative these art pieces are.
The most unique aspect of which is her gothic style; A style that almost gives Tim Burton a run for his money. Your favorite movie and T.V. characters sculptured into the universe of Corpse Bride.
But interestingly enough, creativity is not the only thing that caught my attention, and the attention of many others I presume; What caught my eye was the relaxation of watching her carve slivers of clay to make the nose and mouths of her statues; The strokes of paint detailing each character’s unique traits carefully.
It’s always a surprise to watch Arielle make statues of the most badass characters in film and T.V from just some tinfoil, wires, clay, toothpicks, glue, paint, and work, a lot of work.
The process of making the creation is just as great to watch as the result itself which is why it was exciting to see the TikToker expand into long-form videos on her YouTube Channel.
Her Instagram where the artist reposts her TikToks along with some bonus images also has an impressive following of 97.5k fans.
Though majority of her viewers still watch her TikToks. Her videos range from a couple of hundred thousand views to some even reaching millions.

Isn’t it relaxing to watch these statues being made?
But sculpture is not the only skill that Arielle is a master in. She also has posted several oil paintings and digital art pieces of similar subjects; That is her favorite characters from fiction. Characters with spunk and personality. Characters such as the Joker, Robin from Stranger Things, and her latest duo James and Elyssa from The End of the F***ing World on Netflix.
One of the most interesting characters done by @fauxshmoe is the mashup one, where she sculpted. Cassie from Euphoria but dressed as Alabama Worley.
Self-proclaimed movie lover, she keeps her life private, however, she recently shared part of her HUGE DVD collection and gave the audience a small room tour. Her appreciation for Tim Burton can be estimated from her body of work, she has sculpted characters from Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice, and Corpse Bride.
All in all, check out @fauxshmoe if you are an art-appreciator, a movie-lover, a TikTok-binger or just looking for some relaxation.
